8046421 – Emainox Elegance Wet Bain-Marie 1125mm -L- X 700mm -D-. Holds 3 X 1/1 Gn Trays.

These quality Bain Maries are designed to keep warm food at the correct temperature in Gastronorm containers. The range consists of 4 models in 800mm, 1125mm, 1455mm, 1780mm length with a maximum depth of 200mm. The maximum operating temperature is approx. 90°C and  is adjustable and controlled through a digital thermostat. These units are heated by a silicon blanket element bonded underneath the well that provides even temperature across the whole well, and eliminates the problems associated with traditional elements mounted inside the well. The well is pressed and rounded on all edges to provide easy cleaning. All units include a solenoid controlled water inlet valve and drain.
